Consistent with our mission to provide excellent Customer Service, the Bookstore will gladly handle refunds according to the following policy.
Refunds for Saint Michael's College Bookstore merchandise will be given as follows:
A. TEXTBOOKS (within 3 business days of purchase)
1. All returned books must be in the original purchase condition. New books MUST BE unmarked and in resaleable condition. Shrink-wrapped books MUST BE returned in complete and undamaged condition.
2. All returns MUST BE accompanied by the cash register receipt.
B. OTHER MATERIALS (within 30 days of purchase)
1. All other merchandise may be returned with reciept in the condition it was purchased.
Refunds will be credited in the original form of payment.
